Production Team Leader (Pork Factory)Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our client’s pork factory team in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will oversee production operations during the late shift, ensuring a smooth workflow and that production targets are consistently met. A valid FLT Reach License is required, and there is potential for further training to obtain a Counterbalance License.
Key
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
• Operate the FLT Reach truck to assist with production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with staff training and development to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
• Valid FLT Reach License is required.
• Willingness to undergo training for a Counterbalance License.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively lead a team.
