We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an HR Generalist in the retail industry, located in Southlake, Texas. This role involves managing a variety of human resources functions, including compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities:• Manage compliance issues, working diligently to resolve discrepancies between employees, payroll, benefit providers, and government agencies.• Handle and process workers' compensation claims, as well as manage compliance with ADA, Leave of Absence, and other state-mandated time off requirements.• Serve as a point of contact for employees with benefit-related questions, ensuring they understand and utilize their benefits effectively.• Identify and implement new benefits and perks to enhance employee satisfaction.• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.• Resolve issues promptly to enhance job satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.• Promote HR programs aimed at creating an efficient and conflict-free workplace.• Utilize HR information systems, including Workday, for various HR functions.• Leverage excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills to maintain a harmonious workplace.• Utilize communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and other departments.
