If you’re passionate about sales, love meeting new people, and ha...ve the determination to achieve targets, this role is for you.What You’ll Do:• Acquire retail stores to join the SPX Service Point program, offering parcel collection/drop-off services to Shopee sellers and buyers.• Pitch the SPX program to targeted retail stores or any eligible stores within a 250m radius of assigned locations.• Eligibility criteria: Open at least 5.5 days a week and operational until 6 PM.• Manage the full acquisition process, including lead generation, contract signing, delivery of marketing materials (POSM), and onboarding/training new partners.What We’re Looking For:• Proficiency in Malay and English (written and spoken)• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills• Confident and driven to achieve sales targets• Outgoing personality with strong pitching skills• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting• Minimum SPM qualification or higher• Knowledge of logistics operations is an added advantageWhat We Offer:• Basic Salary: RM2,500• Performance Incentive: Up to RM200• Lead Incentive: Earn up to RM125 per CP (RM150 for rural areas)• Statutory benefits provided as per the Employment ActJoin Date: ASAPReady to take on the challenge?
