Membership Sales Manager – Premium Health & Fitness Club
Wakefield
£28,000 basic, £35,000 genuine O.T.E. + career development
Our client is a progressive full-service health & Fitness club operator who puts their people and their development at the heart of their business strategy to become best in class. A Membership Sales Manager opportunity has become available at one of their flagship health & fitness clubs near Wakefield, West Yorkshire and we are looking for a bright and ambitious sales professional to take on this pivotal post.
The role:
· Recruit, coach, motivate and inspire a team of membership sales consultants to achieve their KPI's.
· Lead by example, contributing towards the overall membership sales target for the club.
· Take responsibility for the club’s sales process, ensuring prospects receive exemplary customer experience.
· Complete sales management reports, using the data to make improvements going forward.
· Work with other departments to improve member retention and engagement.
The person.
· An outgoing organized professional with energy and drive in abundance.
· Can-do attitude who will lead by example.
· Experience of coaching and managing teams who have commercial K.P.I’s to hit.
· Evidence of high performance in previous commercial roles.
· Has ideally worked in the health, fitness or leisure industry but if not, can demonstrate their passion for health and fitness.
· Lives within commuting distance of Wakefield
· Flexible to work some early evenings and weekends.
