About Distance Education:
Distance Education provides an entirely asynchronous, online
learning experience that adapts to the unique circumstances of each
student. Our fully accredited bachelor's and master's degree
programs, as well as non-degree credits, empower learners to shape
their own educational journey. With 8 five-week terms for
undergraduates and 5 eight-week terms for graduate students, our
model offers unparalleled flexibility. You can learn at your own
pace, and take breaks as needed. By using your everyday environment
as your laboratory, you'll integrate your studies into your daily

The Opportunity:
Unity Environmental University seeks enthusiastic individuals to
support the development and delivery of a five-week course for our
online undergraduate degree program in Regenerative Agriculture.
All courses are taught asynchronously. Subject matter experts work
closely with full-time learning experience designers using a
"backward design" approach that ensures learners have appropriate
opportunities to master target learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Do you have the skills
• The ideal candidate will possess a terminal degree in
Agriculture (or related discipline) or a masters degree with ample
experience in the field of regenerative agriculture.
• Prior experience in regenerative agriculture practices.
• Knowledge of regenerative agriculture principles and current
issues and trends in the field.
• Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is
strongly desirable.
• Previous use of Canvas or other online learning management
system is desirable.
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and
associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Must have strong organizational and time management
skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately.
• Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of
the college.

The Location
Unity Environmental University's Distance Education curriculum is
100% online. Our DE Subject Matter Experts will work remotely and
are required to reside within the United States for the entire
duration of the work. It is the responsibility of the Subject
Matter Expert to ensure that they are working in a state that
aligns with the tax information reported to HR.
