What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to incoming customer communications
• Conduct research to offer solutions and resolve customer issues
What You Bring to the Role
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to explain product or service knowledge effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proficient computer skills
