Job Description: Med-Surg Patient Care Specialist
Along with providing direct patient care, Registered Nurses are often involved in promoting community health initiatives and participating in health screenings and educational programs

DUTIES:
• As an RN, deliver counsel and comfort to the residents and their relatives
• Supervising inhabitants and dispensing medications and therapies

• Assisting residents in resolving problems and meeting their needs by leveraging the collective expertise of a multidisciplinary team

REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrates competence in cooperative work settings
• Latest Information on State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Priority is given to those with Long-Term Care background
• Proficient with computers and experienced in utilizing MS Office software effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Being sociable and adept at working harmoniously in a team environment is crucial
