Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist at DraconX. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and updating data in systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
• Previous experience in data entry or related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
