ARC is seeking Refuse Loaders!
Are you looking for a rewarding job that makes a difference? ARC is hiring Refuse Loaders to join our team and help keep our community clean and green.
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload refuse, recyclables, and green waste from collection vehicles
• Sort materials and ensure they are properly recycled
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Steel toe capped safety boots (lace ups)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Being physically fit due to walking around 6 miles per day
Benefits:
• Competitive pay: £12ph with time and a half after 37 hours
