Job Title: Pump and Road Machinery Mechanic (Nationwide)Location: Nationwide (Philippines)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Pump and Road Machinery Mechanic who is willing to be assigned nationwide across the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of pumps and road machinery. This position offers an exciting op...portunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is willing to travel extensively.Responsibilities:• Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in pumps and road machinery, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, graders, and compactors.• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on pumps and road machinery, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.• Component Replacement: Replace worn or faulty parts, including pumps, valves, hoses, belts, bearings, engines, and transmissions.• Testing and Calibration: Test repaired machinery to ensure proper functionality and performance. Calibrate components as needed.• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on machinery to maintain a safe work environment.• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, hours worked, and issues encountered.• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand equipment issues and provide updates on repair progress.• Field Service: Perform on-site repairs and maintenance at customer locations nationwide. Travel to various job sites across the Philippines as required.Requirements:• Experience: Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably specializing in pumps and road machinery. Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo is a plus.• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Ability to use diagnostic equipment and read schematics.• Knowledge: Understanding of pumps, compressors, engines, transmissions, and other components of road machinery.• Certifications: Relevant certifications in mechanics or heavy equipment maintenance are advantageous.• Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve issues.• Communication: Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.• Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel nationwide and work in different locations across the Philippines.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:• Flextime• Health insurance• Paid trainingSchedule:• HolidaysSupplemental Pay:• 13th month salary• Performance bonus• Yearly bonus
