My client is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Automation Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions for pharmaceutical projects
• Develop and maintain DeltaV control systems
• Provide technical expertise in automation design and configuration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA and cGMP guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to ensure smooth project execution
• Mentor and support junior engineers in developing their automation skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience with DeltaV
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement automation solutions for pharmaceutical/ life science projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in automation
Day-to-day
• Collaborating with project teams to understand automation requirements
• Developing and implementing automation solutions using DeltaV systems
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Troubleshooting and resolving automation issues
• Mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
