Job Title: District Manager

Salary: Up to $100,000 per annum, plus incentive bonuses and insurance benefits
Job Description:
We are a popular Mexican quick-service restaurant chain with several locations in North Los Angeles County. We're currently seeking a District Manager to oversee our locations and ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit restaurant management, a passion for Mexican cuisine, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistent quality and service
Manage and provide leadership to store managers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews
Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all locations
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Regularly monitor and review store performance, including sales, food costs, labor costs, and other key performance indicators, and take corrective action as necessary
Act as a liaison between store managers and senior management to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
Drive marketing and promotional efforts within the district to increase brand visibility and attract new customers
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience in a quick-service restaurant, preferably in Mexican cuisine
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams across different locations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective business strategies
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
