What will I be doing?
Providing additional support to the Food and Beverage team when necessary:
• Offer a warm welcome and thank the guests for dining with us as they proceed to check-out from the dining outlet
• Efficiently handle payments from guests, using various methods such as the point-of-sale system, cash transactions, credit and debit card processing, gift card and certificate tracking, as well as cashing out at the end of each shift
• Confirm that guests are content with their stay and take steps to handle any grievances that may arise, seeking the help of a manager if necessary
• It is our responsibility to ensure that guests are promptly attended to and their requests are fulfilled with a welcoming, efficient and timely response
