Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
• Improve processes by optimizing manufacturing for better efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
• Support production by collaborating with teams to ensure smooth product launches and resolve issues.
• Maintain equipment, specifying, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper upkeep of tools and machines.
• Analyze data to track and report production metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure quality by working with quality teams to uphold high standards and address defects.
• Drive improvements through cost reduction and process enhancement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have what follows:
• 3+ years in manufacturing environment
• Experience working on design and operations of a shop floor
• Able to use machinery and other tools on the manufacturing floor
• Work cross functional with other teams at the facility
