Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Production Expert at Krypton Industries Limited in Kolkata. The Lean Production Expert will be responsible for implementing Lean methodologies, coaching team members on Lean principles, optimizing industrial engineering processes, utilizing Lean tools, production and project management. Improve productivity and material management.
Qualifications
• Lean Management and Lean Tools proficiency
• Experience in production and Project Management
• Industrial Engineering, quality control and production expertise
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Certifications in Lean or Project Management are a plus
