Position: Part-Time Paramedic
Location: Napa, CA

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate each emergency scenario to identify the appropriate course of action by adhering to advanced Paramedic protocols.
• Employ essential Paramedic skills with medical equipment, such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids, to provide advanced care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they understand the care being provided.
• Lead the Paramedic team, taking charge of scene and unit management when necessary.
• Operate the ambulance during 911 responses while maintaining a high standard of safety.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and allied health personnel.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Engage in community programs to enhance our organization's image and strengthen community connections.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• State Paramedic License
• State Driver's License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Medical Examiners Certificate
• Driving record compliant with company policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some experience in healthcare preferred

Salary Range: $37.19 - $57.25 DOE for 12-hour shifts averaging 42 hours/week; $32.54 - $50.10 DOE for 12-hour shifts averaging 48 hours/week. Additional hourly rates may be available based on shift type; please inquire for more details.
