Academic Support Coach
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting students to join our team as Academic Support Coaches. As an Academic Support Coach, you will work with students in small groups and one-on-one, providing assistance in literacy and math skills, behavior management, and social-emotional development. You will collaborate with teachers and school staff to monitor student progress and create a positive classroom environment. In addition, you will be involved in organizing and conducting extended day and virtual programming for students, as well as engaging with students, parents/guardians, and community members in education and social issues.
Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
• Have a GED, high school diploma, some college experience, or college degree
• Agree to complete a background check
