At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Reports to the Quality Team Leader or Designee, with the objective of maintaining high Quality Standards for Product Quality Control and operations compliance with regulatory requirements. Conducts routine physical inspection procedure to in-process material, as well as finished goods, as needed. Inspection involves the use of skilled specifications and established quality standards. Performs audits to ensure product and processes comply with requirements. Release product in quarantine to the Distribution Center.Responsibilities:• Maintains high Quality Standards for Product Quality Control and operations compliance with regulatory requirements.• Conducts routine physical inspection to in process, and finished goods samples as needed.• Performs product and process audits.• Performs visual and dimensional inspection according to current specifications/procedures.• Notify any product or process non-conformance and escalates as appropriate.• Inspects, tests and/or evaluates the quality of products.• Segregates and inspects Finished Goods samples and Retain Samples according to the requirements.• Performs batch records review accordingly with compliance requirements and complete record retention process.• Comply with the OPCERT program for the certification of manufacturing associates.• Evaluate the sterilization results of TSA Product.• Perform the release of TSA Product in quarantine to the Distribution Center and then its final release.• Evaluate and approve control and disposition of material to determine if it is according to the requirements and Quality System Regulations.• A minimum of a High School Diploma and four (4) years of experience in a regulated industry in Quality Assurance experience is required; or Bachelor's Degree in a technical or science field and two (2) years of Quality Assurance experience is preferred.• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required.• Knowledge of the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, LIMS, EtQ and JDE is required.• Knowledge of QSR's and ISO standards is required.• Availability to work in 1 st , 2 nd , and/or 3 rd shift is required.
