Clinical Medical Service is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
• Administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis
• Follow physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator
• Work in the following cities: Guaynabo, Rio Piedras, Trujillo Alto, Carolina, Loíza, Canovanas, Rio Grande, Luquillo, Fajardo, Ceiba, Naguabo, Humacao, Yabucoa, Maunabo, Las Piedras, Juncos, San Lorenzo, Gurabo, Caguas, Aguas Buenas, Cidra, Cayey y Aibonito
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing Sciences
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
• Two (2) years nursing experience, preferred
• Acceptance of philosophy and goals of CMS Home Care
• Ability of exercise initiative and independent judgment
• Attention to detail and educator skills
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Excellent Problem analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Good Planning and organizing skills. Teamwork skills
• Health Certificate (less than 6 months); Negative Certificate of No Penal Records, Valid Driver's License, Automobile Register, Automobile in good condition
• Diploma (BSN), Professional License, Professional Registered, Professional Association, Varicella Vaccine, HepB Vaccine, Flu Vaccine, CPR/BLS and Law 300 Register (Sexual Offenders)
