Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in a dynamic and upscale dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring food and beverage orders are accurately taken and served, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to excellence in guest services.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs or concerns.
• Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and operating a cash register.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.
