Overview
We are seeking 2 Installers to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of weatherization materials, including caulking, one-part foam, and various kinds of insulation for attics, basements and sidewalls. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
Duties
• Utilize hand tools to install weatherization measures and other diagnostic equipment to assess health and safety conditions in homes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding installation processes and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects while maintaining individual accountability for assigned tasks.
Requirements
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively.
• Must possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• A valid driver's license is required.
