Job Description:
As a Night Shift Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client’s property during overnight hours. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting routine patrols, checking access points, and maintaining a visible security presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises (inside and outside) to ensure all areas are secure.
• Respond promptly to alarms or disturbances, investigating any issues and taking appropriate action.
• Control access to the property, ensuring only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed entry.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of all security-related activities and incidents.
• Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide assistance or escort services to authorized personnel, if necessary.
• Ensure the security of all doors, windows, and other access points.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during incidents.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during long shifts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with calm and professionalism.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Security license is required, if you don't have it, we will help you get it.
