As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives of an assigned territory. You will also be responsible for hiring and training Sales Representatives. You should be able to maintain a strong relationship the clients

Their responsibilities include:
• Developing sales strategies: Creating sales plans and strategies, and analyzing data to find the most efficient sales methods
• Training sales representatives: Training sales representatives within the territory on sales techniques and company products
• Meeting with customers: Addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and presenting products and services
• Monitoring competition: Monitoring competition within the assigned region
• Preparing reports: Preparing and submitting reports to the Sales Director
• Working with other departments: Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Managing sales: Managing primary, secondary, and tertiary sales
• Recruiting and hiring: Recruiting and hiring sales executives, and providing training to them
• Maintaining dealer contact: Maintaining contact with all dealers to ensure high levels of dealer satisfactio
