Join us for a once in a lifetime opportunity. Studio Tour Drivers drive and operate all rolling stock, including but not limited to the Super Tram, V.I.P. Trolley, ATV, Front Hill Shuttle, hotel shuttle, department’s delivery trucks, employee shuttle, passenger van, pick-up trucks, scrubbers, sweepers, and 5 ton truck. They drive guests on a guided tour through the historic 420-acre studio tour or designated route on property.

Responsibilities
• TOUR: Drive guests on a designated route through the Studio Tour, which includes operating the super tram or V.I.P. Trolley through movie sets and attractions with special effects. Demonstrate knowledge of the Studio Tour routes which includes procedures for the attractions, signals, indicator lights, special effects, markers, cues, E-stops, etc, associated with each attraction/show throughout the route while maintaining the appropriate speed.
• HILLTOP/HOTEL: Drive guests on a designated route on the front hill of USH Citywalk property for parking operations.
• ATV: Drive guests, who require special assistance, on designated route from upper lot to lower lot while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures for mobility devices.
• SUPPORT VEHICLES: Drive staff/guests throughout the property, make deliveries, assist with unloading/loading of trucks. Operate specialty cleaning vehicles per SOP.
• Demonstrate knowledge of loading and unloading procedures including hand signals for clearance, wheelchair securement, and communication with dispatch.
• Regularly communicate with Driver Dispatch or Management throughout the route to update them on technical difficulties, show/attraction quality, downtime and guest issues, etc., and overall vehicle performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all radio codes and be able to communicate radio codes in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain and operate safe and clean vehicles in accordance with the Company’s Driver Standard Operating Procedures.
• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a Class A Drivers License with Passenger and Doubles/Triples Endorsement
• Must have current Medical Examiner Certificate
• Previous professional driving experience preferred
Job Demands
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
• The noise level is generally moderate to high
• Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule
• Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay
• $25 per hour
