You will act as the vital interface between our Sales Manager, Business Development team, and Operations, fostering seamless communication and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated key accounts to maximise revenue and profitability. Identify new opportunities for growth and collaborate with the Business Development team to pursue them.Sales Order ManagementManage purchase orders, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, and act as the 'voice of the customer' during operational discussions to mitigate risks and prioritise customer needs.Sales Process EngagementEngage with customers at all stages of the sales lifecycle. Support the preparation of bids and proposals, working collaboratively with product management and technical teams to deliverCollaborationRepresent the customer in internal meetings, actively resolving conflicts in planning and priorities.
