CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.
ROLE: Customer Service Advisor
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract
LOCATION: Reading (RG1)
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working – currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.
THE ROLE:
• A telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with customers and by email to resolve outstanding account balances.
• Sending information requests to customers and managing responses.
• Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner – will have a strong telephony background.
• Self-sufficient with excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent IT Skills
