Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate new clients through direct and virtual communication strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Gain deep understanding of client needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create comprehensive strategies that meet their goals.
• Manage branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to uphold high-quality, compliant client experience.
• Collaborate with the branch team to formulate, assess, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and desired results.
• Foster a mutually respectful branch environment with accountability and feedback exchange.

Essential qualifications:
• Strongly preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the securities/financial services industry.
• Experience with financial services and/or sales.
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
• Professional or military progression record.
