Job Position: Extrusion Operator
Location: Harvard, IL 60033
Pay Rate: $21.50 to $23.50 per hour
Shift: A, B, C, D

Extrusion Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calibrate scales and maintain accurate weight records.
- Review work order details to ensure correct components and packaging materials are used.
- Configure label printers and confirm print quality.
- Instruct team members on proper packing methods.
- Inspect metal detectors to ensure functionality during the packaging process.
- Ensure all products meet specifications before final packaging.
- Adhere to cleaning protocols to comply with all sanitation standards.
Extrusion Operator Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Basic understanding of machinery operations and fundamental math skills required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Exhibit exceptional work habits aligned with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Commitment to following safety guidelines at all times.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
