Your Role in Our Success:
• Proactively manage new business leads in order to generate quotes and sales sufficient to exceed sales targets.
• Managing a database of sales prospects to help meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Continuous professional development to maintain compliance and industry knowledge.
• Proactively build sales and technical insurance knowledge to maximise conversion rate and income per policy.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in business insurance sales would be advantageous but not a necessity.
• Hungry for success, target-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable in a digital-first environment.
• A team player, eager to contribute to our collective success.
