Job Summary
The Crew Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating renovation projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of various construction techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. The Crew Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and delivering quality workmanship.
Duties
• Lead a team in various construction projects, including drywal installation, painting, deck building, interior framing etc.
• Complete restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Utilize power & specialty tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and techniques.
Skills
• Proficient in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
• Expertise in painting & finishing various surfaces using spray, brush & roll.
• Experience in restoration processes for various structures.
• Knowledgeable in interior framing
• Competent in using power tools for construction tasks effectively.
• Ability to complete projects with efficient use of time & materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
