JPT GAMBLE ENTERPRISES LTD. O/A CANADIAN TIRE in Penticton, BC, is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Retail Sales Associates.
Duties Includes:
Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of mechandise
Advise customers on use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products
Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
Prepare sales and accept cash, cheque, credit card payments
Assist in display of merchandise
Maintain sales records for inventory control
Wages and Benefits: Wages $17.40 per hourly, for 35-40 hours per week. Health and Dental, Death and Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Benefits.
Work Experience: Previous visual merchandising experience may be required and demonstrated sales ability and product knowledge are usually required for retail salespersons who sell complex merchandise. Have a strong command in English language both in oral and written communication may be required.
Education: Completion of secondary school education may be required.
