Job Description:
The appointee's duties will include executing Acquisition 365, renewing and upgrading My BJs Perks, and cross-selling this product to members. Likewise, handling member inquiries about returns, pick-ups, and other general Client Service Rep queries is part of the designation.

• Demonstrates commitment to tax-exempt and resale policies by developing and implementing retention strategies that focus on ensuring all members remain in compliance with eligibility requirements.
• The timely and courteous resolution of Member concerns is paramount, with any needed escalation to PIC and MOD.
• Helps customers with the Buy Online and Pick Up In Club service, saving them time and money.
• Maintains a strict adherence to all club policies and procedures.
• Executes other responsibilities as appointed, encompassing serving in different departments if the situation calls for it.
• Attendance that is both predictable and consistent is considered a fundamental part of this role.
Qualifications:
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in sales or customer service.
• Establishing a history of successful goal attainment with results-based methodologies
• Fundamental math abilities are recommended for this task.
• Computer proficiency preferred.
Job Conditions:
The bulk of the time is spent in a motionless position on hard surfaces. Occasional movements, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping, may be necessary in order to inspect or scan merchandise.
