We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior IT Technician (Warehouse Operator) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to preparing outgoing orders, including staging standard office IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management:Accurately receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Conduct thorough inspections for damages and discrepancies.
• Maintain precise records of all merchandise.
• Resolve shipment and delivery issues by contacting suppliers or distributors.
• Optimize warehouse storage space through strategic merchandise placement.
• Order Fulfillment:Efficiently process distribution orders and requests.
• Retrieve, pack, seal, and label merchandise accurately.
• Stage standard office IT equipment for deployment.
• IT Support:Provide basic IT support to warehouse staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist with the deployment and maintenance of warehouse management systems.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
