Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader at Hydro Cutting Services Ltd. The Team Leader will be responsible for planning, overseeing and coordinating high-pressure water jetting and CCTV projects, managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. The role is based in Monmouth with flexibility for remote work.

• Leadership, Supervision, and Team Management skills
• Experience in High-Pressure Water Jetting and CCTV works
• Knowledge of drainage systems and pipeline maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Health and Safety certifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the rail industry in advantageous
