Requirements / Qualifications
• *NOTE** Internal applicants are required to submit a Letter of Introduction, an updated Resume and any additional required documents (new or in need of an update) not on file. Substitutes must submit ALL required documents.
EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year of paid experience performing health related services, public contact in a physician's office, hospital or related setting preferred
Training in substance abuse and crisis intervention desired
EDUCATION:
Certificate Copy (Licensed Vocational Nurse, EMT, Certified Medical Assistant, or Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred but NOT required)
All required documents must be uploaded to be considered. Hard copies will not be accepted.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Must have valid CPR & First Aid Certificate)
• Driver's License Copy (Must be valid)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must submit two (2) letters dated within the past twelve (12) months.)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Or equivalent)
• Resume
