Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will be pivotal in establishing the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Johnstown as the premier choice for travelers in the region. Utilizing your expertise with IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) brands, you will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance occupancy rates, revenue, and market share. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue goals and enhance market penetration.
• Identify and target key market segments, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to drive business.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on IHG brands.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
