Academic Counselor Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to contact the prospective clients through Phone Calls, Emails and Messages.
. Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer our services
· Ask questions to engage clients and keep the conversation going in an interesting way
· Keep records of the data and note useful information in a systematic manner
· Ability to learn our new services and describe/explain them to the clients
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections from the clients
· The patience and ability to engage clients in conversation
· Good listening skills to understand and respond suitably
· Follow up with the clients
· Attending meeting with Trainer in Schools, Colleges and Organizations
· Assisting and Coordinating with the Trainer in the Training Sessions
. Willingness to travel to Schools and Colleges for the Training Sessions
· Good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills
. Friendly, Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude
