Based in Celina, Ohio, we pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance ...and Facilities Manager to oversee and manage all facility operations and maintenance activities at our Celina, Ohio campus. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of HVAC systems, air, power, and production equipment while leading initiatives for process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-driven, and experienced in managing facility operations, manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Management:• Oversee all facility requirements, including HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems, and general maintenance.• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.• Manage relationships with 3rd party contractors, equipment manufacturers, and OEMs for troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades.Manufacturing And Production Support• Supervise and participate in maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements for production efficiency and quality.• Evaluate, recommend, and manage procurement of new equipment and systems as needed.Team Leadership And Collaboration• Lead and support a maintenance team, providing training and guidance as needed.• Work closely with other departments to ensure facility and equipment needs are aligned with production goals.• Serve as the point of contact for contractors and vendors performing onsite work.Compliance And Safety• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities and maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.• Technical Skills:• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and production equipment.• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and automated equipment.• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues.• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors.• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no Visa sponsorship available).What We Offer• Competitive Pay and Benefits• A dedicated and innovative team environment.• Opportunities for career growth within a dynamic organization.Join CELINA and make an impact on our growing company!
