Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper/Admin
Location: Cranston, RI
Hours: Part-Time

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper/Admin to assist our clients with managing financial records, administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Tasks:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll as needed.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
Administrative Tasks:
• Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
• Manage email correspondence and scheduling.
• Provide general office support, including data entry and phone handling.
• Assist with special projects and reporting as requested by management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
