Location : Adilabad, Telangana.
Educational Requirements : MD, DNB.
Experience : 0 to 24 years.
Salary : 100000 to 225000 Rs Per Month.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will administer anesthesia to patients during surgical, medical, or diagnostic procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role requires excellent communication, clinical skills, and a compassionate approach toward patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Preoperative Evaluation:
Assess patients’ medical history, allergies, and overall health to determine the appropriate type and dosage of anesthesia.
Discuss anesthesia options, risks, and benefits with patients and families.
Anesthesia Administration:
Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or local) to patients during surgeries or procedures.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any complications.
Intraoperative Management:
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff during procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.
Postoperative Care:
Manage patient recovery from anesthesia, including pain control and monitoring vital signs.
Address any adverse reactions or complications.
Emergency Response:
Provide immediate care for critical cases requiring anesthesia, including trauma and emergency surgeries.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Stay updated with the latest techniques and developments in anesthesiology.
Qualifications and Requirements
MBBS degree with an MD/DNB in Anesthesiology (or equivalent qualification).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant State Medical Council.
Minimum [0 to 24 years] of experience as an Anesthesiologist (freshers may also apply depending on hospital requirements).
Proficiency in handling anesthesia machines and related equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in critical care, pain management, or pediatric anesthesiology.
ACLS/BLS certification is an added advantage.
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
Work Schedule
Full-time position with rotational shifts, including on-call duties.
