Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operation Personnel to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our cotton delinting and grain cleaning process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include monitoring equipment, ...diagnose and repair faulty machinery, maintaining safety standards, and assisting in various operational tasks to support production goals.Duties• Monitor and operate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs.• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs as necessary.• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.• Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations.• Diagnose and repair equipment, machinery, belts, trailers, pulleys, elevators, barns and any other needed repairs.Skills• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machinery operations.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting is preferred.• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.Join us in contributing to a dynamic team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement in plant operations!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 60 per weekBenefits:• On-the-job training• Paid time off• Parental leaveCompensation Package:• Bonus opportunities• Hourly pay• Overtime paySchedule:• 10 hour shift• 12 hour shift• 8 hour shift• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
