Job Overview:
Air Riderz Adventure Park is Port Chester, NY is state of the art Family Entertainment Center. We are looking for fun, energetic, customer focused team members to become a part of our exciting team. Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task is a plus.
As a Party Host at Air Riderz, you will be the face of our party experience! You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fantastic time celebrating birthdays, special events, and group gatherings. Your role involves engaging with guests, managing party schedules, and facilitating activities in a safe and fun environment.
Candidates must be able to work weekends and some weekdays in the evening and will be receive tips above their regular pay rate.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Greet guests upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process.
- Prepare party rooms in advance, decorating and setting up as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and assist guests in understanding park rules.
- Serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party areas throughout the event.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from guests.
- Collect feedback from guests to enhance future party experiences.
Qualifications :
-Must be at least 18 Years Old
- Previous experience in a customer service, entertainment, or event planning role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with children and families.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
