We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef's of all levels to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, this role is a regional role so we will expect candidates to travel between our North West sites, Aintree/Haydock/Carlisle.
Duties
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery in the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
Skills
• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques and food safety practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
