Facilities Management are looking to appoint a caretaker to the above site.You will ensure that the Caretaking service is delivered to the required standards and provide a daily service to the building. You will be working in a setting where you will need to be around the public, you will be contracted to lock up in the evening at 4pm-7:30 pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4pm-7pm Tuesday & Thursday. The role is pivotal to supporting the Library in ensuring that the site is clean, safe, and welcoming.You will be proactive in addressing site specific issues, addressing them in a timely manner and adhering to the safeguarding procedures. The successful candidate will need to be aware that there are cleaning aspects to this role, which is include, vacuuming, bin emptying, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning, mopping of floors.
