Granada Restaurant, located at 6249, Marine Ave, Powell River BC, V8A 4K6 is looking for an Assistant Manager-Restaurant with a minimum high school education. The candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or a diploma/ certificate in relevant education. Pay per hour will be $28.00. This is a permanent full-time position for 30-40 hours a week.
Following is a major set of duties but not limited to:
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
· Maximizes restaurant profitability and meets restaurant financial objectives.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff of restaurants.
