Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.Duties:- Ove...rsee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures- Train and mentor team members on proper food preparation, handling, and service techniques- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating as necessary- Operate the POS system and cash register accurately for transactions- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory managementSkills:- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally- Experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and work well under pressure- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively- Proficient in operating POS systems and cash registers- Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and order placementJoin our team as a Shift Leader and take your career to the next level.
