Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elementary Caseload
Location: Berwyn, IL
About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a supportive school district in Berwyn, IL. This role focuses on providing tailored speech and language services to a small caseload of elementary students in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Caseload: Approximately 15 elementary-aged students
• Work Setting: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate students' communication challenges to determine individual needs
• Develop and deliver personalized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure student progress
• Maintain clear and accurate records of sessions and student achievements
Requirements:
• Valid Illinois SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in schools is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
