If you have make-ready and work-order experience and a cheerful, service-minded attitude, this could be the per...fect opportunity for you!This is a temporary position and does not include benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and handle essential property maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community. Your responsibilities will include:• Completing service requests efficiently to meet resident needs.• Performing pool care and routine maintenance.• Maintaining landscaping, grounds care, and irrigation systems.• Conducting preventive maintenance and addressing appliance repairs.• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and electrical or plumbing issues.• General upkeep of the property to maintain its quality and appeal.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will bring a combination of experience, technical skills, and a positive attitude.• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is preferred.• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair.• Competency in various maintenance tasks, including electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.• Availability to work in an on-call capacity as part of our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee.At RichSmith Management, we take pride in creating communities residents are proud to call home.
