We are seeking a concrete craftsman/woman to join our team in Granite Shoals, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or the concrete polishing/coating industry. As a Craftsman/woman, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to installing high-end flooring systems. Attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of job site adversity is required.
Responsibilities:
• The primary roles of a concrete craftsman/woman include diamond polishing, staining concrete, and installing epoxy or cement-based coatings.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed work and fix details or ask if they can be left undone.
• Take initiative to identify and address potential issues or challenges as they arise.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to accomplish project goals efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
• Construction experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lives within 30 miles of Marble Falls/Granite Shoals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
