Project Manager
with Atlassian toolset (Jira / Confluence) experience in a retail environment
Contract role - day rate
4 - 6 months
hybrid - Maidenhead
The ideal candidate will be a very experienced project manager within software delivery in a retail environment. Experienced in projects to bring them back on track (budgeting) so needs to have financial acumen. Moving from a third party to an inbuilt solution. Getting back on track with solution architecture estimates for resources and costs and time frames and then delivery of that and then rolling it out.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the software delivery project is delivered to agreed timelines, scope and costs.
• Ensuring all relevant information on the project is captured effectively in our state-of-art project management platform PlanView and/or our Atlassian toolset (Jira / Confluence)
• Proactively monitoring workstream progress, identifying and managing internal and external risks or dependencies, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Managing the communications for the project to ensure transparency across technology and business stakeholders – giving sufficient comms channels for people to discuss solutions and remove impediments
